      During a Spring Festival holiday, Jereh engineers got an American customer's urgent demand, they gave up their vacation and took the first flight to solve the problem. After 3 days and nights, they did it. The customer, who once was sceptical of the Chinese company, commended in the letter of appreciation "Jereh's engineers are as intelligent as the NASA engineers who put men on the moon".
    • Understand Customers' True Demands Through Onsite Investigation
      Since 2021, Jereh has carried out “Quality Crusade” activity, leading by senior management to learn the voice of customers. They formulate improvement plans, and regularly report the progress to ensure the closed-loop management and continuous improvement of product and service quality. Up to now, Jereh has collected 607 suggestions from customers, with a response rate of 100%.

      “Suggestion for a Better Jereh” has been our annually-organized event since 2003. Every colleague is welcomed to make suggestions to the company or department. And at the annual meeting, the founders will reward those whose advice is the most accurate and reasonable. We expect to form an honest and transparent environment where people are willing to share their true thoughts. Besides, there are many employees who would actively expose their "Faults", to remind others not to make similar mistakes .

      At the beginning of the business, the first thing Mr. Sun Weijie did whenever he came back from exhibitions abroad was to share the products of the international companies. Though everyone felt that those high-end products were out of reach, Mr. Sun firmly believed that: We can make the best oil equipment in the world! Nowadays, Jereh not only fills gaps of oilfield equipment at home and abroad, but also makes strategic layout in the fields of natural gas, environmental protection, municipal cleaning and new energy, etc.
