This Policy applies to all personal information collected or processed by Jereh Group and all of its subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide, and applies to your access to, browsing of, searching, downloading from, registration on, submission of information to, or other use of this website and related digital platforms, including through:

Such statements are subject to policy changes, supply chains, geopolitics, exchange rates, raw material prices, approvals and permits, grid connection conditions, field geology and operating conditions, customer decisions, force majeure, and other uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, Jereh Group is under no obligation to update such forward-looking information on an ongoing basis.

6. Automated Decision-Making and Artificial Intelligence

Jereh Group may use artificial intelligence-based systems and automated decision-making tools for statistical analysis, improving operational efficiency, quality control, predictive maintenance, and service optimization.

No automated decision that has legal or other significant effects on an individual will be made without appropriate human oversight. However, we reserve the right to adjust our human oversight mechanisms in line with technological developments to ensure that decision-making outcomes meet statutory fairness requirements. We implement algorithm governance mechanisms based on applicable data protection laws and business needs.

Although we take reasonable measures to improve the reliability of algorithmic and system outputs, content generated, identified, summarized, predicted, or recommended by artificial intelligence or automated tools may contain bias, delay, omission, error, misjudgment, or limited explainability. Unless otherwise required by law, no such output should be regarded as a final professional conclusion, formal commitment, or sole basis for decision-making.

12. Storage and Cross-Border Transfer of Information

Your personal information will be stored within the territory of China. However, because Jereh Group operates globally, your information may be transferred to servers located outside China or to the locations of overseas subsidiaries. Where cross-border transfer is necessary, we will adopt one or more compliance measures as required by the laws of China and the receiving jurisdiction, such as security assessments, certifications, or execution of standard contracts, and will obtain your separate and explicit consent where required by law, to ensure the legality and security of such transfer.

Where data processing is required in order to comply with mandatory laws or regulations of the country or region of the recipient, Jereh Group will fulfill reasonable compliance obligations within the scope of its control. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Jereh Group will not be liable for processing activities or legal consequences directly resulting from overseas judicial, administrative, or regulatory requirements that are not solely within Jereh Group’s control.

the right to complain and lodge a claim: if you believe that our processing of your personal information violates applicable laws or regulations, you may file a complaint with us or lodge a claim with a competent data protection regulator.

If the exercise of your right of deletion would prevent us from fulfilling legal obligations (such as tax reporting or dispute resolution) or would harm a significant public interest, we may lawfully refuse to comply with such request.

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the contact details provided in Section 18.

To protect your privacy and security, we may verify your identity before processing your request. The information required for identity verification will be limited to account-linked information or reserved verification methods to ensure that the requester is the data subject or an authorized agent. If we are able to fulfill your request, we will do so in accordance with applicable law; if we are unable to fulfill your request, for example because otherwise provided by law or because third-party lawful rights and interests are involved, we will explain the reasons for refusal. Jereh Group may refuse a request if the information required for verification involves third-party rights or may jeopardize data security.
