Yantai/July 22th, 2019/ Jereh ATC (automatic tank cleaning) equipment and SOR (sludge oil recovery) equipment passed the acceptance test and were sent to Singapore, being the first of its kind in China to enter Singapore market.

Singapore is the third largest refining nation and a major oil trade hub in the world. The country is also famous for its high environmental criteria and requirements. Jereh’s success in Singapore will further lead its way to the global high-end market.
During the acceptance, the client spoke highly of Jereh’s efficiency and quality. In face of urgent needs, Jereh team managed to accomplish this project within just 3 months, which covers design, proposal confirmation, manufacture & assembly and the final acceptance test.
Jereh also excels in the tanking cleaning efficiency. Manual cleaning is commonly seen in Singapore, and a tank of 100,000 m3 capacity usually takes 180 days to be completely cleaned. It tends to cause secondary pollution during the process. However, Jereh’s advanced equipment is able to shorten the period to 30 days with no secondary pollution being made.
In Singapore, supervision on tank cleaning business is growing strict than ever in recent years. Therefore, Jereh employs HAZOP analysis to identify, analyze and evaluate risks and secure the cleaning process. Criteria of thermal operation inside the tank can be achieved shortly to increase tank circulation rate and save cost significantly.
Aiming at the oil sludge waste during tank cleaning, Jereh SOR equipment is equipped to recycle 92% of oil content, which will enhance recovery rate and bring along huge economic benefits.
