Jereh Group has made significant progress on the ADNOC Well Digitalization EPC Project, showcasing technical expertise and efficient project delivery.

Since signing the project contract at ADIPEC last year, Jereh has advanced multiple key phases, including surveying over 2,000 wells, reviewing 60% of the wellhead models, and completing Issued for Construction (IFC) designs for 1,315 wells in the Bab and Buhasa regions, totaling 25,000 documents. 22 priority wells have already been commissioned, and the project is now accelerating toward full-scale delivery.

Integrated Approach Ensures Efficient Delivery

Over the past year, Jereh’s digital engineering team has adhered to principles of precision, efficiency, and innovation to achieve critical milestones:

Design: Jereh has completed nearly 40 typical well designs, including detailed engineering for the Bab and Buhasa regions and priority wells in the SE area. By applying standardized and modular design principles, our team has established a solid foundation for cost-effective and intelligent operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Procurement: Jereh’s project team worked closely with international suppliers such as Yokogawa, Schneider, and ABB, along with UAE local partners, to efficiently procure the core materials needed for well digitalization upgrades. 72 critical orders were delivered ahead of schedule to the construction sites, ensuring an orderly supply of materials and providing solid support for the delivery of priority wells.

Construction: By adopting a pre-fabrication, streamlined wellsite construction, and self-performed installation model, Jereh completed shutdown, removal, replacement, and testing for priority wells within 20 days, earning high praise from ADNOC. In November, work will begin on 100 ESP-type wells, further showcasing Jereh’s efficient delivery capabilities.

New Abu Dhabi Joint Office Strengthens Collaboration

On October 28, Jereh officially opened its joint office at OMEGA Tower in Abu Dhabi, marking a new milestone in Jereh’s long-term development in the Middle East. The new office demonstrates Jereh’s deep commitment to the region and reflects the evolution of its partnership with ADNOC from project execution to collaborative innovation.

At the inauguration ceremony, Jereh Group Executive President Mr. Weibin Li expressed his appreciation for ADNOC’s trust and support. He noted that Jereh’s achievements are driven by a strong team delivering excellence across design, procurement, and construction, guided by the company’s core principle of “Commit to Deliver.” He pointed out that the trust and support of our clients, along with shared values, are the driving force behind every milestone.

ADNOC senior representatives praised the partnership, stating that Jereh’s work demonstrates that digitalization is not just a technological upgrade but a foundation for deeper cooperation and mutual success.

A Diverse Team Driving Results

A highlight of the project is Jereh’s multinational digital team, which operates with a shared “client-first” mindset. Their professionalism and dedication have earned repeated recognition, including a special award from ADNOC for the successful delivery of the first batch of priority wells.

Looking ahead, the project is entering a full-acceleration phase, leveraging advanced remote monitoring, 5G communications, and AI-driven analytics to enable real-time data transfer, monitoring, and analysis. This digital approach enables ADNOC to achieve more efficient and sustainable oil and gas production .

By integrating cutting-edge technologies with deep engineering expertise, Jereh is establishing one of the most advanced digital oilfield operations in the region, strengthening its role as a strategic partner and advancing the intelligent transformation of the UAE energy sector.
