Yantai/Feb. 9, there was an urgent demand of equipment for medical wastewater treatment. Considering coronavirus outbreak, they underlined that quick delivery, easy installation, stable treatment and intelligent controlling system were essential.

Jereh’s independently-developed skid-mounted equipment solution with coupling technology has earned client’s recognition.

It took only 3 days to get everything prepared, including production plan adjustment, resources coordination, in the context of epidemic control. And the equipment successfully set off for Hubei on Feb 11.

During the installation, Jereh team made all-out efforts. When local suppliers failed to supply in time, they drove around to source materials. When there were no workers available, they conducted installation by themselves. Within only two days, Jereh managed to accomplish the installation and began commissioning on Feb 16.

Apart from Hubei, 3 hospitals in Yantai, where Jereh is headquartered, were in the urgent need to upgrade wastewater treatment system. Jereh took immediate actions and worked out a solution that integrates biochemical, filtration and disinfection functions. The solution encompasses an intelligent cloud-control system, featuring high intelligent level and steady treatment effect.

Due to the effective quick-response system from R&D, manufacture to engineering, 3 sets of medical wastewater treatment equipment were delivered on Feb 19 and all installation were completed on March 5. The capacity of these equipment is estimated to reach 200m3/d, effectively preventing virus from transmitting via wastewater.
