Airtight Feeding Equipment
Alternate operation of two-stage of hydraulic feeding equipment and the injection of nitrogen, which will ensure the oxygen content in the crush equipment less than 3%. The multistage safety detection and protection system will be equipped to realize the equipment safety operation.
Volatile Equipment
Volatile equipment is capable of remove electrolytes and solvents with low volatility and flash point after the battery breakage. The equipment controls the rotation of the furnace barrel through frequency conversion, indirectly heating the inner material to meet the process requirement for material handling. It can effectively prevent the occurrence of flash or combustion of organic gases with low flash points during high-temperature pyrolysis, thereby facilitating material sorting or storage after battery breakage.
Multiple Sorting Equipment
The multiple sorting equipment is capable of achieving accurate separation of materials, including separator, plate, aluminum, copper and other substances through the first and second air separation, heavy conveyor belt, iron removal and other devices after cracking. The battery powder can be filtered multiple times in the cyclone/bag filter for further separation.
Pyrolysis Equipment
Pyrolysis equipment enables high-purity recovery of battery powder by indirectly heating the materials at elevated temperatures. This process removes impurities from the mixture after volatilization in low-temperature process, preventing organic matter from impacting wet recovery processes. Additionally, reduce the quantity of auxiliary materials and minimize the residual electrolyte, binder, and other substances in the material to enhance recovery quality and rate of valuable metals.
